Stronger W/Each Tear Have you ever heard the saying, when there is an increase in one area of your life, there is decrease in the other? Well, I have experienced it more than once! Last week, I remember walking back to my seat after delivering a wonderful graduation speech feeling like I just won the Noble Peace Prize. The feeling I felt was unexplainable. But this week, I have been sinking in sinking sand. My emotions have been all over the place about everything in my life. While on the ride home to and from Charleston SC, I was able to listen to my favorite songstress; Mrs. Mary J. Blige. Sometimes, when I feel like Life and Emotions are trying to take control or I have NO control, I pop in one of her CD's and have my own private concert.
It took a while for her new album to grow on me. But when I finally listened to the CD, the song that became nearest and dearest to my heart is the song entitled: Each Tear.
That metaphor sends chills through my body. Do you know how strong I try to be and not just break down and let the tears flow? Do you know how many tears I have had over the course of my life? I don't either, but the analogy fits perfectly with pain. If you listen to the song, you will see that the concept fits perfectly with the pain we all feel when we are going through something. With each tear, there is a lesson...so learn from them and dry your eyes... So as of July 6, 2010, Each Tear will be the "Experiences" anthem. Anytime you click on this page (or until I move into the next plateau of my life) this is the song you will hear. (TNG) If you want to sing along..... In each tear, there's a lesson. Makes you wiser than before Makes you stronger than you know In each tear, Brings you closer to your dream No mistake -->no heartbreak--> can take away what you're meant to be.
"So this month ladies, I have decided to center my focus on Relationships and feature other unique writers to provide their insight or conceptualizations of situations based on their experiences. (TNG) "
VI WaysTo Tell That He Has Fallen In Love With YouMen are not very open with their thoughts, emotions and feelings towards us. It is like pulling teeth to get them to open up about how they feel towards us. In the early stages of your relationship you may not be completely sure when he truly loves you even if he has told you. Like the old saying goes, a person’s actions speak louder than their words. This is especially true for men. They usually are not big talkers and definitely not as open about their emotions. If he is truly into you then he will not be able to hide it even if he cannot verbalize it. Check out the following actions a man would do when he is falling in love with you.
1. He chooses your company over his friends The bond between a man and his boys is sacred to him just as your bond with your BFF is important to you. So if he chooses to spend time with you over them consistently then this says something. He enjoys your company and has fun with you.
2. He goes out of his way for you. When a man is willing to completely go out of his way for you and not receive anything in return except your appreciation, this is a milestone. Truthfully speaking, some men are not wired to be selfless like women are. So if he puts you first before his own needs then this means that he is into you. You will know from the situation if he is bending over backwards to keep you happy or make you comfortable.
How To Go From Hook Up To Long Term
3. He wants to be around you even when you do not want to be bothered. You know he is into you when he pops up at your house unexpected because he was in the neighborhood, or was thinking of you, or to bring you lunch, or whatever other excuse he can think of to see you. You smile graciously because you know he is being sweet but in your mind you are thinking that you really wish he would have just called you instead and how you would rather be laying down watching some crappy VH1 show before you have to go to work tomorrow. This is what happens when they fall in love. They want to be around you even when you would much rather be alone. My advice is to take it in with appreciation. Sometimes men work in extremes. Either they are really into you or you can barely get them to return your call. Like the old saying goes, if a man wants you, then you won’t be able to keep him away. He will find you.
4. He listens when you talk. Most guys do not care about your drama with your female co-workers or how so-and-so was talking crap about you. If he actually is listening then it is not because he necessarily cares about the situation, it is because he cares that that the situation is upsetting you.
5. He does what you ask him. If you can get a man to do what you ask of him, you got him. Now I am not talking about the chicks who are manipulating guys for rent money. That’s another topic. I am talking about when you ask him to do things for you that he wouldn’t regularly do. Some chicks have it twisted. Sure it is always nice to receive gifts and or money from your man. However, a man giving of himself can mean more than him opening up his wallet to you. Some men do not mind giving up money. They consider it a part of the “game.” This is why him opening his wallet is much easier than him giving time, love, concern, care and emotion to someone.
Its The Morning After. Flee Or Follow Through?
6. He can’t keep his hands off you and not in a sexual way. When your guy is finding any excuse to touch you, hug you, kiss you and these touches are not always sexual then he is into you. Affection for men is not like how it is for women. We enjoy affection and it does not always have to lead to sex. For men, affection usually is the jumping point for penetration. If he is initiating affection and not constantly attempting to lead it into sex, then that says something about his feelings towards you.

Let’s see what happens next... So, I have been ranting and raving about The Law of Attraction like its Starbucks coffee. When the knowledge was placed into my possession, I had one or two options: (1) figure out how to apply it to my life; or (2) allow it to collect dust. I chose option number 1 of course. I must admit that when I first learned about it, I wanted to share it with the world, but I wasn't consistently utilizing the principles. I received the audio version of Rhonda Byrne's "The Secret" and I must listen to it at least twice a month to keep the information fresh in my mind. I carry it around in my purse; everywhere I go…YES it’s that serious. My Bishop said it best; information not practiced or rehearsed is soon forgotten. So, the more I listen to it, the more I apply it to my situation and my "thoughts." "I am a straight million dollar chic;" I wrote it in one of my songs and I keep that thought in rotation in my mind. I have certain thoughts and affirmations programmed in my mind like the songs in rotation on the radio. PAUSE/TIME-OUT
Questions to Ponder Do you know that because you are reading this, you are being empowered and enriched to obtain the things that you want for your life? Do you know that you can co-create your life? Do you know that the visions in your mind can become physical or tangible? Did you know that some people are capitalizing on this free, priceless knowledge? Do you know that I can answer each of these questions with one three letter word? Now, back to the experience. Mothers Day is in a few days and while doing some shopping at the Hallmark Store, I ran across some really great cards and trinkets/gift ideas for the special mothers in my life. Chace and Chad (my two sons) are with me and start to become restless. I can stay in this store, office supply stores, and Target ALL day! SO, I approach the checkout counter, and there it is: One Million Dollars! Now wait...I must add that when I would hear athletes say that the game is more mental than physical, I was thinking that trash talking and getting in their opponents head was solely what they meant. But it's not. Most of the games are won by the players who know and understand without a shadow of a doubt that they are going to win. The fact that One Million dollars had tracked me down and found me was absolutely amazing. Please understand that whatever you think about, becomes your life. It will attract itself to you. So I purchased that Million Dollars (for only a dollar) and pasted it to my vision board. Understand that there is joy, peace, and hope in believing that you have what you ask for. Let’s see what happens next...TNG The Bank of the Universe The Bank of the Universe is open and with the universal check, you can visualize the unlimited abundance that is yours for the asking.
Print the check, fill in your name and the amount you wish to receive in your chosen currency, then sign and date it. Place the check in a prominent position where you will see it every day! Every time you look at your check, believe and feel that you have the money now! Print out as many checks as you would like. Write some to your creditors (PNF-->Paid In Full), write some to car dealerships for your dream car, write one to your church to give a huge offering, or write some to your family members to assist them in get ting out of debt. Now visualize that you are actually doing each in your mind until the thoughts manifest. Blank Check
In respect and regards to Mothers all across the world, Corporate Chics would like to wish you a Happy Mothers Day. I remember when I was in college and couldn't afford a gift, I did the only thing I know how to do and that was write. My mother acted as if that was the best gift, I could have given her! So if you have nothing to give, give love by using your talents. The letter is written below.
Moma,
I just wanted to take the time to let you know that I love you so much. I now see the life that you saw for me. It may not be exactly the way you wanted but I see the woman that you are. You are a beautiful, caring, sweet-hearted, virtuous woman! And I want to be just like You. Something really shines through you ~ to get through to others. And that's how I want to be: A praying God-fearing woman of God. Anyone that you've met has felt your love shine on them. In God's eye, I know you are a SuperStar! And I love you for staying by my side through everything.
Me....
Also, I want to send love to our troops. We celebrate Memorial Day for all the wrong reasons. This day is supposed to be observed for the fallen soldiers who placed everything on the line for America. Instead of partying it up on in DR or South Beach, take some time to reflect on the true meaning of this holiday as well. For more public awareness initiatives, visit Sisters Striving for Excellence.
April 2010
Can you say Busy?
For the past 30 days I have been experiencing a shift in my life. I haven't been able to write or blog so there is a lot that is built up that will come out in this "Experience" post. First, I want to begin by saying that I am excited about the NY book tour that I have been preparing for, along with the production of the short film, "The Diary of the Girl who Committed Suicide." This piece is an inspiration that derived from Corporate Chics, the novel.
This month has been very challenging for me. I know that I am moving into the next realm of entrepreneurship and business and I have been tested in everyway imaginable. Business is more than just mere talent. How do I know? Well, because when you start to ask questions and the answer is revealed to you through various ways, especially in the spiritual dimension, then you know you are in touch with something far greater than you can fathom. You are much bigger on the inside than what you see when you look in the mirror.
I see with my Spirit eyes now, and although I don't catch everything, I am able to discern and view certain instances and situations based on truth. One thing about the truth is, either it is or it ain't. I am far from perfect and don't know it all, but I am connected to an Energy that is...so therefore if I continue to strive to be a Woman of Integrity, I will get as close to it as I can.
I learned many lessons this month. The Biggest-->I now know that I must step back and evaluate a situation and realize that I must take ownership when I know I am the reason for something not flowing as it should. Grass doesn't strain to grow. It just does. And being that I am a spirit connected to a much bigger spirit, than everything should flow without any worries. BUT when I start to act on a situation that is NOT led or guided by my Maker, I run into problems. When I evaluate me and take everything and everybody out of the equation as to why something isn't going as planned, I find my answer. And yes, most times it’s me getting in the way.
Through my experiences, I have been learning sooooooo much! I wouldn't qualify to assist others in certain areas if I didn't. Start examining you today. Look at yourself from the inside out. If you are saying,”I don't need to, I am fine," you are in denial of self love. Because when you love yourself unconditionally, you do what you can to better YOU. If you look at yourself and see perfection, your problem is denial. When you are in denial and can't take ownership for you, you have a far bigger problem than you know. We are not perfect and fall short daily. But because I can't judge and should only lead by being a Great example, I will.

Death is only a Continuation... Many people fear or worry about death. But reality is that--> it is going to happen; eventually. This is why it is so important to choose life and not death. Life is everlasting, death is temporary. It's that simple. The temptations and ugly habits are what cause death. Striving to be right and live with intergrity, is life. Everything that you see and experience is only preparing you for what's to come. Our body is made of a spirit. Your spirit is really who you are. Your spirit must be nurtured daily with positivity and the things of God. I don't know if people really grasp that life is really a continuation. Because God is so just, he allows us to choose how we will live life on earth and thereafter. Of course being the most popular, or having an abundance of money, or even being propserous in every area of life is on many people's to-do list. But when all is said and done, who's approval do you really want? Worrying about who has this or that isn't going to help you exercise the friut of the spirit, which is Love. Driving a Bentley Coup is cool for now, but what about the heavenly rewards that we are promised if we just obey and follow the road less traveled. That Coup probably is like a pinto in Heaven! I was prompted to write on this subject because of the many devastations that are happening. Earthquakes and snow in March (for the southerners) is definitely a sign and hint to get it together before it's too late. If you are reading this, don't you know that because God loves you so much, that you have another opportuity to get it right. YOU could have been amongst the many people who died in natural disasters. Unknowingly, you could have attracted death via murder, a car accident, through a drug, because of health problems, or any other causes that result in death. Choose life. Because it goes on, and on, and on, and on, and on. It's FOREVER. It never Stops. The choice is yours. God gives hints all the time to pass the tests that seem so challenging. Get your mind right. He loves you and wants you to know that death is the begnning of life.(TNG)
February 2010
February has two very essential subjects that are emphasized: Black History Month & Love. Black history Month has been apart of my life ever since I could read and write. My parents always taught the importance of learning "our" history and why it was vital to my growth as an African American Female. Below is a link that provides ALL of our history. Many people believe that our history involves specifically how we were traded into slavery and the strides we made as a culture since then, however, the neglect all the positive occurrences we made. There are some inventions that many don't know about. Another one of my vices involve everyone discussing Harriet Tubman, Malcolm X, MLK Jr., Frederick Douglas, Sojourner Truth, and Booker T. Washington. As an adolescence, I can only recall learning about the leaders of the 1900s. True, they are and will always remain significant; however, there are many others that we must gain knowledge of and educate others about. There are certain things we wouldn't have been able to do if it had not been for some of my ancestors. We cover an array of industries! There were African American Inventors, Scientists, Lawyers, and Doctors. We have way more talents then the suggested-->Entertainment. Explore your heritage....
Love. OMG, that word is the epitome and essence or our being. Nothing else really matters in life if one does not possess this fruit. Our Maker and Universe is the source of Love and we shouldn't celebrate it only on February 14. Love should be expressed every second, every minute, every hour, and every day our lives. Love encompasses the fruit of the spirit: {faithfulness, gentleness, goodness, joy, peace, temperance/self-control, long-suffering/patience, and meekness} The adjectives listed prior, all make up the four letter word. Daily we must become aware of it and infectiously spread it.

January 2010
This month, I have decided to particpate in a cleansing of the body, soul, and mind. It's called The 42 Day and 40 Day Miracle Program. I am about to embark on a six week journey. I have never done something like this, however, I understand that if I want to work on commitment issues or consistently in walking in my purpose; completing an experience that I have never encountered will expose and prepare me for the abundance and success that I am soon to create. I will document my EXPERIENCE biweekly. Are you up for the challenge? (TNG) Week 1 Week 5: 4 more days
The 40 Day Miracle involves abstaining from or counteracting the 7 deadly sins for a period of 40 days. These 7 sins have long been recognized by the church as the 7 basic human behaviors and emotions that cause most of our destruction and spiritual downfall. The Daily Proclamation sums up The 40 Day Miracle. 40 is the Biblical number of major change and preparation for destiny. ● To prepare for the new world it rained for 40 days and 40 nights ● After the rain stopped, Noah waited 40 days to open the Ark window ● Embalming required 40 days ● Moses stayed on the mountain 40 days (TWICE); his face shone afterwards ● The spies spent 40 days searching out the Promised Land ● Israelites spent 40 years in the wilderness before the Promised Land ● Goliath challenged for 40 days before being killed by David ● Elijah strengthened by one angelic meal went 40 days to Mt. Horeb ● Jonah warned Nineveh they had 40 days till God overthrew the city ● Jesus fasted and was tempted 40 days in the wilderness ● Jesus was seen in the earth 40 days after His crucifixion Often when God wanted to prepare someone for a truly great destiny, He took 40 days and sent them through an experience somewhat unpleasant to the flesh.
We all deal with the 7 deadly sins but rarely is there an organized program to specifically give us the power to conquer them and take our lives to a new level. If we examine our lives closely, we will see that virtually all of our misery and unhappiness results from one or more of these 7 deadly sins. If you don't think so, then listen to the seven messages and you will see how they are involved in our pain.
When you can conquer something for 40 days, you will have the power and the knowledge to conquer it forever.
After you read over The 40 Day Miracle and Discover what it is and Decide that you want to Do this, you must listen to the audio messages concerning the seven areas and the specifics of each. The audio messages are free as is The 40 Day Miracle. More accurately, we don't charge you anything. You must pay the price of disciplining yourself.

Here are some quick facts about the deadly virus...
The HIV/AIDS Epidemic in the United States Is REAL—Get the Facts! Before we can stop any epidemic, we first have to recognize the magnitude of the disease. HIV is still a threat across the United States. And even though there are treatments to help people with HIV live longer than ever before, AIDS is still a significant health issue. Surprised? Get the facts: - Every 9½ minutes (on average), someone in the United States is infected with HIV, the virus that causes AIDS.
- In 2006, an estimated 56,300 people became infected with HIV.
- More than 1 million people in the United States are living with HIV.
- Of those 1 million people living with HIV, 1 out of 5 do not know they are infected. (People who have HIV but don't know it can unknowingly pass the virus to their partners.)
- Despite new therapies, people with HIV still develop AIDS.
- Over 1 million people in the United States have been diagnosed with AIDS.
- More than 14,000 people with AIDS still die each year in the United States.

People here in the United States become infected with HIV far too often—on average, every 9½ minutes. And it changes not only the lives of those who become infected, but also the lives of their families and friends.
Even though the epidemic is different in every city and every state, some groups of people are harder hit by HIV than others. In the United States, gay and bisexual men of all races bear the greatest burden. Black men and women and Hispanic men also have very high rates of HIV compared with other racial or ethnic groups.
It is important for people to understand that race, by itself, is not a risk factor for infection. Poverty, homelessness, lack of access to health care, incarceration rates, drug use, and higher rates of sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) can all increase rates of HIV.

About Thembi Age: 23 Home: South Africa Diagnosed: 2002 When she tested HIV positive in 2002 at the age of 16, Thembi Ngubane of South Africa scarcely had an idea what HIV meant. Now 23, she is one of the foremost HIV activists on the planet. She received worldwide recognition in 2006, when National Public Radio featured a stunning audio diary she kept in 2004 and 2005. Here at the XVII International AIDS Conference, she has been a near-ubiquitous presence, giving speeches and even co-chairing a major session on the state of the HIV pandemic. And did we mention that she has a 3-year-old, HIV-negative daughter? We were fortunate enough to have the opportunity to sit down with Thembi and hear her incredible story.
Can we start by hearing the story of how you found out that you were positive? I tested HIV positive in 2002. I was 16. The reason why I went for an HIV test was because my ex-boyfriend at that time had gotten sick in the past few months, and then he died. No one would tell me why he died. No one would tell me what he had. I felt it was my responsibility to actually find out for myself if he did have HIV or AIDS. The only thing to do, was for me to go for an HIV test. New Kind of Breast Cancer
In November, a rare kind of breast cancer was found. A lady developed a rash on her breast, similar to that of young mothers who are nursing.
Because her mammogram had been clear, the doctor treated her with antibiotics for infections. After 2 rounds, it continued to get worse, so her doctor sent her for another mammogram. This time it showed a mass.
A biopsy found a fast growing malignancy. Chemo was started in order to shrink the growth; then a mastectomy was performed; then a full round of Chemo; then radiation. After about 9 months of intense treatment, she was given a clean bill of health.
She had one year of living each day to its fullest. Then the cancer returned to the liver area. She took 4 treatments and decided that she wanted quality of life, not the after effects of Chemo. She had 5 great months and she planned each detail of the final days. After a few days of needing morphine, she died. She left this message to be delivered to women everywhere:
Women, PLEASE be alert to anything that is not normal, and be persistent in getting help as soon as possible.
Paget's Disease: This is a rare form of breast cancer, and is on the outside of the breast, on the nipple and aureole It appeared as a rash, which later became a lesion with a crusty outer edge. I would not have ever suspected it to be breast cancer but it was. My nipple never seemed any different to me, but the rash bothered me, so I went to the doctor for that. Sometimes, it itched and was sore, but other than that it didn't bother me. It was just ugly and a nuisance, and could not be cleared up with all the creams prescribed by my doctor and dermatologist for the dermatitis on my eyes just prior to this outbreak. They seemed a little concerned but did not warn me it could be cancerous.
Now, I suspect not many women out there know a lesion or rash on the nipple or aureole can be breastcancer. (Mine started out as a single red pimple on the aureole. One of the biggest problems with Paget's disease of the nipple is that the symptoms appear to be harmless. It is frequently thought to be a skin inflammation or infection, leading to unfortunate delays in detection and care.)
What are the symptoms?
1. A persistent redness, oozing, and crusting of your nipple causing it to itch and burn (As I stated, mine did not itch or burn much, and had no oozing I was aware of, but it did have a crust along the outer edge on one side.)
2. A sore on your nipple that will not heal. (Mine was on the aureole area with a whitish thick looking area in center of nipple).
3. Usually only one nipple is effected. How is it diagnosed? Your doctor will do a physical exam and should suggest having a mammogram of both breasts, done immediately. Ev en though the redness, oozing and crusting closely resemble dermatitis (inflammation of the skin), your doctor should suspect cancer if the sore is only on one breast. Your doctor should order a biopsy of your sore to confirm what is going on.
This message should be taken seriously and passed on to as many of your relatives and friends as possible; it could save someone's life.
My breast cancer has spread and metastasized to my bones after receiving mega doses of chemotherapy, 28 treatments of radiation and taking Tamaxofin. If this had been diagnosed as breast cancer in the beginning, perhaps it would not have spread...
October 2009
October is especially important to me, because my beautiful aunt, Maggie Snipe, and cousin, Ellen Coaxum, both died from this very harmful disease. There memories still live on but everyone needs to become educated about this disease. There are alternatives and information out there.| | Cancer Update from John Hopkins

|
AFTER YEARS OF TELLING PEOPLE CHEMOTHERAPY IS THE ONLY WAY TO TRY (TRY THE KEY WORD) AND ELIMINATE CANCER, JOHN HOPKINS IS FINALLY STARTING TO TELL YOU THERE IS AN ALTERNATIVE WAY .
1. Every person has cancer cells in the body. These cancer cells do not show up in the standard tests until they have multiplied to a few billion. When doctors tell cancer patients that there are no more cancer cells in their bodies after treatment, it just means the tests are unable to detect the cancer cells because they have not reached the detectable size.
2. Cancer cells occur between 6 to more than 10 times in a person's lifetime
3. When the person's immune system is strong the cancer cells will be destroyed and prevented from multiplying and forming tumors.
4. When a person has cancer it indicates the person has multiple nutritional deficiencies. These could be due to genetic, environmental, food and lifestyle factors.
5. To overcome the multiple nutritional deficiencies, changing diet and including supplements will strengthen the immune system.
6. Chemotherapy involves poisoning the rapidly-growing cancer cells and also destroys rapidly-growing healthy cells in the bone marrow, gastro-intestinal tract etc, and can cause organ damage, like liver, kidneys, heart, lungs etc.
7. Radiation while destroying cancer cells also burns, scars and damages healthy cells, tissues and organs.
8. Initial treatment with chemotherapy and radiation will often reduce tumor size. However prolonged use of chemotherapy and radiation do not result in more tumor destruction.
9 When the body has too much toxic burden from chemotherapy and radiation the immune system is either compromised or destroyed, hence the person can succumb to various kinds of infections and complications.
10. Chemotherapy and radiation can cause cancer cells to mutate and become resistant and difficult to destroy. Surgery can also cause cancer cells to spread to other sites.
11. An effective way to battle cancer is to starve the cancer cells by not feeding it with the foods it needs to multiply.
CANCER CELLS FEED ON:
a. Sugar is a cancer-feeder. By cutting off sugar it cuts off one important food supply to the cancer cells. Sugar substitutes like NutraSweet, Equal,Spoonful, etc are made with Aspartame and it is harmful. A better natural substitute would be Manuka honey or molasses but only in very small amounts. Table salt has a chemical added to make it white in color. Better alternative is Bragg's aminos or sea salt.
b. Milk causes the body to produce mucus, especially in the gastro-intestinal tract. Cancer feeds on mucus. By cutting off milk and substituting with unsweetened soya milk cancer cells are being starved.
c. Cancer cells thrive in an acid environment. A meat-based diet is acidic and it is best to eat fish, and a little chicken rather than beef or pork. Meat also contains livestock antibiotics, growth hormones and parasites, which are all harmful, especially to people with cancer.
d. A diet made of 80% fresh vegetables and juice, whole grains, seeds, nuts and a little fruits help put the body into an alkaline environment.About 20% can be from cooked food including beans. Fresh vegetable juices provide live enzymes that are easily absorbed and reach down to cellular levels within 15 minutes to nourish and enhance growth of healthy cells. To obtain live enzymes for building healthy cells try and drink fresh vegetable juice (most vegetables including bean sprouts)and eat some raw vegetables 2 or 3 times a day. Enzymes are destroyed at temperatures of 104 degrees F (40 degrees C).
e. Avoid coffee, tea, and chocolate, which have high caffeine.Green tea is a better alternative and has cancer-fighting properties. Water-best to drink purified water, or filtered, to avoid known toxins and heavy metals in tap water. Distilled water is acidic, avoid it.
12. Meat protein is difficult to digest and requires a lot of digestive enzymes. Undigested meat remaining in the intestines become putrified and leads to more toxic buildup.
13. Cancer cell walls have a tough protein covering. By refraining from or eating less meat it frees more enzymes to attack the protein walls of cancer cells and allows the body's killer cells to destroy the cancer cells.
14. Some supplements build up the immune system (IP6, Flor-ssence,Essiac, anti-oxidants, vitamins, minerals, EFAs etc.) to enable the body's own killer cells to destroy cancer cells. Other supplements like vitamin E are known to cause apoptosis, or programmed cell death, the body's normal method of disposing of damaged, unwanted, or unneeded cells.
15. Cancer is a disease of the mind, body, and spirit. A proactive and positive spirit will help the cancer warrior be a survivor. Anger, unforgiveness and bitterness put the body into a stressful and acidic environment. Learn to have a loving and forgiving spirit. Learn to relax and enjoy life.
16. Cancer cells cannot thrive in an oxygenated environment. Exercising daily, and deep breathing help to get more oxygen down to the cellular level. Oxygen therapy is another means employed to destroy cancer cells.
1. No plastic containers in micro.
2. No water bottles in freezer.
3. No plastic wrap in microwave.
Johns Hopkins has recently sent this out in its newsletters. This information is being circulated at Walter Reed Army Medical Center as well. Dioxin chemicals causes cancer, especially breast cancer. Dioxins are highly poisonous to the cells of our bodies. Don't freeze your plastic bottles with water in them as this releases dioxins from the plastic.
Recently, Dr. Edward Fujimoto, Wellness Program Manager at Castle Hospital , was on a TV program to explain this health hazard. He talked about dioxins and how bad they are for us.. He said that we should not be heating our food in the microwave using plastic containers. This especially applies to foods that contain fat. He said that the combination of fat, high heat, and plastics releases dioxin into the food and ultimately into the cells of the body. Instead, he recommends using glass, such as Corning Ware, Pyrex or ceramic containers for heating food. You get the same results, only without the dioxin. So such things as TV dinners, instant ramen and soups, etc., should be removed from the container and heated in something else. Paper isn't bad but you don't know what is in the paper. It's just safer to use tempered glass, Corning Ware, etc. He reminded us that a while ago some of the fast food restaurants moved away from the foam containers to paper. The dioxin problem is one of the reasons.
Also, he pointed out that plastic wrap, such as Saran, is just as dangerous when placed over foods to be cooked in the microwave. As the food is nuked, the high heat causes poisonous toxins to actually melt out of the plastic wrap and drip into the food. Cover food with a paper towel instead.

| I am grateful that my cousin Tiffany is in good spirits even though she is on bed rest for the remainder of her pregnancy (she's 24 weeks)..So please say a small prayer for her and baby Kaidyn and that he stays inside until he's 28 weeks. | Kim Hendrix
| Please let your cousin know that this is a special baby that is why she is having such a problem. I speak from experience because my oldest daughter was born early and she is definitely a spiritual and special child. All of my babies are special but she was a see-er at an early age, she was prophesied on that she would be able to see the things God had in store for her and everyone around her before they happened. My water broke at 24 weeks after having what I thought were Braxton Hicks. They put me in the hospital on bed rest for three weeks trying to keep her in but she wasn’t having it. She came anyway at 27 weeks and was small but healthy. She stayed in the neo-native care nursery for 3 ½ weeks and finally came home. She had no birth defects or trouble breathing, they only kept her because she was so small. The doctors kept trying to delay my labor because they said she was too early and would be at risk but to me she was right on time (Christmas). She was my angel and that is exactly what I named her. She is now 11 years old and is the sweetest and most loving child and also my healthiest child. Let Tiffany know not to be afraid for herself or her baby because God has a plan for this child and she will see it. Her baby will be healthy and strong no matter how early he is born.
